The Rio Grande Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (RGVHCC) is proud to announce the keynote speakers for its highly anticipated Latina Leadership Conference, taking place on September 11, 2026, at the Mission Event Center in Mission, Texas.

The conference will conclude with a powerful closing address from Eva M. Guzman, former Texas Supreme Court Justice. Guzman’s distinguished legal career and dedication to public service have made her a trailblazer and an inspiration for women across Texas and beyond.
The Latina Leadership Conference will begin with registration at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 6:00 p.m., offering attendees a full day of impactful programming, including keynote sessions, professional development opportunities, and meaningful connections.
This year’s conference will feature dynamic discussions and sessions centered on leadership growth and personal development, with topics including building influence and visibility, leading with purpose while avoiding burnout, trusting intuitive decision-making, navigating power dynamics, handling tough conversations with empathy, embracing change, and understanding wealth and ownership beyond income.
