This summer, the Webb County Community Action Agency is once again opening applications for utility assistance through the federal Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program for qualifying low-income households.
The WCCAA announced Monday that applications for utility assistance will be available to residents who meet eligibility requirements. A total of 80 applications will be available at each location.
